Everything Pete does is geared to help leaders transform their organisations and communities quickly and cost effectively, in ways that deeply engage staff and stakeholders. His practical advisory services, crowdsourcing business and his applied academic studies consistently show that transformation doesn’t come from making creatives more creative, it comes from giving your ‘crowd’ the licence to innovate and to lead – carefully managed open innovation.
Pete has worked with over 100 organisations across the world on business improvement, product/service development and strategic transformation. Most recently, he has focused extensively on the UK healthcare sector, working with leaders of NHS Trusts and health organisations to transform their approaches to strategic-planning and generating strategic insight through staff and stakeholder engagement.
Pete is also a founding director and Trustee of the award winning charity SportInspired that helps young people in tough communities to adopt more active, healthy lives through the power of sport and community engagement.
